Please note that I am a student and a slow artist! I've also overworked my wrist at one point so I take full day breaks every 2-3 days hence why I work very slowly.

⟢ My art style is always evolving so it may look slightly different!
⟢ Requests can be paused for a maximum of 2 months. If the hold exceeds this period, the request may be cancelled, please understand.

꒰꒰ General ⸝⸝
 ❤︎   I retain the right to post the commission/use it for my portfolio (unless you've paid the privacy fee)
 ❤︎   All commission pieces will be watermarked, with the exception of paid commercial commissions.
 ❤︎   do not remove my watermark
 ❤︎   do not alter my artwork
 ❤︎   do not claim my art as your own
 ❤︎   I have the right to refuse a commission I'm uncomfortable with
꒰꒰ Communication ⸝⸝
 ❤︎   I can communicate via Vgen but I will be able to respond faster through Discord! If you can't communicate on either Vgen or Discord, please let me know on the form! If a Discord isn't provided, I will message you on Vgen. If one is, I will send a friend request under the account "talexoxo_".
✦ Unresponsive clients :
・If an invoice isn't paid within 24 hrs, I will send a message via the socials provided.
・If I send an invoice and haven't received a response within 7 days, I will cancel the request.
・In the case I wait for a response / feedback that causes me to pass the deadline, I will send a request for a deadline extension.
 ⭑  There will be no communication for SKEBs. Only with the exception that you want to add commercial fees after the delivery.
꒰꒰ Payment ⸝⸝
 ❤︎   Full payment upfront is required before I start your commission. Partial payment options are available for commissions priced $80+
   ✦   I will only start work when 50% is paid.
   ✦   Full payment is required for the delivery of the completed work.
꒰꒰ Cancellation ⸝⸝
 ❤︎   Cancellation before payment is absolutely fine but if it happens more than twice in a short time period I will reject all future requests.
꒰꒰ Revisions ⸝⸝
 ❤︎   Major revisions are only allowed during the sketching phase! after that, only minimal revisions are allowed.
 ⭑  For SKEBs : Revisions are only allowed if there was a character design mistake.
꒰꒰ Refunds ⸝⸝
 ❤︎   No refunds unless I've decided that I'm unable to continue working on or complete the commission.
꒰꒰ Usage Rights ⸝⸝
 ❤︎   ꒰ Personal Use ꒱ : using the artwork as profile pictures, banners, and wallpapers is allowed. You may repost the commission as long as I, @talexoxo_, is credited. Commissions by default are for personal use and non-profit purposes ONLY.
 ❤︎   ꒰ Commercial Use ꒱ : There are 2 commercial tiers,

Tier 1, Streaming / Content use︰
・Marketing
・Streaming / Branding Assets
・Sponsored Content / Promotions
・Thumbnails
・Monetized Content
Tier 2, Merchandise / ads / prints︰
・Includes both Personal Use and Tier 1
・Physical Goods
・Digital Goods
 ❤︎   Please select the appropriate commercial fee option on your form request, the fees are of TOTAL price. The commission can be used for monetary purposes as long as you've paid the appropriate commercial fees.
